Create OIympic-Level Confidence with MK Bula | Ep 105 Your Inside Track to Success

Your Inside Track to Success

MK Bula of the US National Flag Football team has competed at the highest levels of the sport, capturing gold twice in the IFAF World Championships and silver in the 2022 World Games. Now as an assistant coach to the women’s national team, MK is getting the squad ready for the 2028 Olympics.

Despite all of her success on the field, it hasn’t always been an easy road. She’s had to overcome imposter syndrome, haters and critics to pursue her dreams of representing the United States at the highest level.

MK joins the podcast this week to share her experience, and give insights on team building, motivating others, and overcoming the myriad sources of self doubt that can hold us back from being our best selves - whether it’s on the field, in the classroom, or at work.

In this episode you will learn:

  • Why the people actually putting in the effort and work matter, and why haters do not.

  • Why developing a culture that people buy into matters, and how you can not succeed without one.

  • How to overcome imposter syndrome and allow yourself to show up as your fullest most confident self.

  • How organizing a team around a common goal is critical to creating success for the group.

  • What works for MK in creating self confidence, and how you can develop it for yourself.

  • And much much more.
