The Progressive Christians Podcast
We're the love your neighbor kind of Christians, not the storm the capitol kind. So, if you're curious about what a socially and politically progressive Christianity looks like, this podcast is for you! In each episode we discuss politics, pop culture, and anything else we find interesting from the perspective of progressive Christianity.
Reclaiming My Spiritual Truth
4 ngày trước
I’m so glad I found this podcast! I was raised Catholic in a very orthodox household and left the church 14 years ago. But this election left me completely baffled, almost gaslit by the contrast between what I remember from my religious upbringing and what’s happening now. I find myself needing validation that I’m actually sane and correct in my belief that the new administration is not what they claim to be. I’ve always considered myself a spiritual person, and this podcast is helping me reconnect with what I know deep down is right. Half of my family voted for Trump, even though I have siblings who identify as queer and I myself am disabled. I’ve found comfort in your podcast as I work through the grace I want to give my family, who claim to be Christian but actively voted for hate.
