    Getting Clear About Astrology

In this episode, Dani speaks with astrologer Hummingbird to seek clarification and a deeper understanding of Astrology. What is astrology? What are common misconceptions about it? What is the difference between a horoscope and pop astrology? Additionally, we explore how the real-world applications of astrology and how to use it as a guide or practice to enhance our lives. Hummingbird also shares a bit about her background as an astrologer and a few words for anyone who is on the fence about this ancient practice. Hummingbird has been doing astrology readings for about six years, and other types of spiritual and energy healing work since 2009. She has a degree in political communications from Emerson College, and I spent her twenties teaching yoga and working as an energy healer. More recently she has pursued education in the overlapping fields of trauma, somatics, and justice. She currently releases a monthly newsletter to anyone interested in the upcoming months' astrological events and more. Take Action and Make the Uncomfortable Comfortable

Taking action is one of the best ways to make the change we want to produce in our lives possible, especially if those actions make us uncomfortable.  "If they want to make comfortable change in their lives, there are many ways to go about it. Our way was through traveling and studying abroad. Trust that whatever else you learn and experience during that goal or trip is meant to be part of the change you're making in your life." - Frank R. Harrison. Today, I'm joined by Frank R. Harrison, CEO of MedCASH, fellow Podcaster, and the President of Health-E-Media and Frank About Health. Frank is passionate about helping people find solutions to healthcare issues' physical, emotional, social, and financial impact. Using his experience with epilepsy as a reference, Frank relies on his multiple platforms, the Frank About Health radio show, and the articles and blogs published by Health-E-Media to debunk the myths associated with debilitating diseases.  Throughout our conversation, you'll hear Frank's thoughts on getting uncomfortable to create comfortable change and why taking action is a great way to make the uncomfortable comfortable. You'll also hear about the time we met in Italy, where we both were trying to create change in our lives and how cultural differences impacted and changed us, Frank's perspective on the learning process involved in creating comfortable change, and more.  Tune in and listen to the second episode of Comfortable Change.
