Our next guest on Amata World Podcast is James Goodyear, Head Chef at Evelyn's Table. The restaurant opened in 2020 and is located in the original beer cellar of Layo and Zoë Paskin's Blue Posts pub on Rupert Street in London's Soho. It seats just 12 diners around a chef's table and won a Michelin star in 2022. James had over 15 years Michelin star experience of working in some of the worlds' best restaurants. We are diving deep into the creative side of working as a Head Chef, how to find the inspiration for creating new dishes, how to inspire the team and how not to burn out and not to lose your creative side while working long hours. In this episode, we cover his background, his passion and inspirations, as well as his hopes and predictions for the future of the restaurant industry and his own projects as well.
