    What makes a welcoming environment at cricket clubs across Wales? Join Jason Mohammad as he takes a deep dive into how the look and feel of cricket clubs are changing for the better, the importance of embracing volunteers at clubs, how to set up your own club, and some recent controversies surrounding cricket. Jason is joined by Mike Hayden, chairperson for Swansea CC and Wales over 60s player, Carys Stallard, volunteer at Vale CC and Laura Nicholls who’s a player and coach for both Llanrwst and Hawarden CC.
