Crimes of Long island

It’s very possible my expectations were too high. The banter and conversations between the two felt somewhat disjointed. Together they create a flat but singsong effect with an ADD-ish flair. The small talk and chit chat isn’t interesting (ex- Bay Shore is two words etc..) yet you are vague with the important details of the crime. I’m not hearing their enthusiasm. Could it be a lack in preparation that gives it an amateur quality? Maybe they need to try a solo approach. Take turns hosting? As you know Long Island has so many crimes. Let’s hear about the little known ones! I hate to say this but enough of the Gilgo Murders. Yes it’s a very very important case but it’s been told over and over. Unless you have new information.. It’s like telling the Amy Fisher Story. Everyone knows that one.. Who’s your target audience? Find something to draw us in. I want to be as excited about your podcast as I am about so many others.

These two… possibly the worst people podcasting….

Holy lord. These two chose Long Island as the subject matter of their podcast and besides not being able to focus on storytelling for more then 30sec at a time, they can’t even figure out driving directions on LI or pronounce the names of places… research, practice take a deep breath, slow down and focus.

This podcast is ok if they mostly stick to the topic and stop talking about random stuff. I’m here for the true life story of the crime and not for your personal life.
