Warakirri Cropping is an Australian-owned, safety-first, family-oriented, innovative, large-scale, cropping organisation with over 155,000 hectares under management across Australia.

The Warakirri Agriculture Graduate Program provides you with a unique, structured development program in Broadacre Cropping. Each year Warakirri offers up to five Cropping Graduate placements. The Graduate Program runs for two years and will include experiences living and working across a number of farms along with exposure to the broader corporate team.

The Graduate Role will: 

  • Gain exposure to different production regions, farming systems and corporate administration. This exposure will provide you with a detailed understanding of how large scale national corporate agricultural businesses are structured and operate.
  • Receive several training intensives throughout the program with a focus on technical, managerial, agronomical, budgeting and precision agricultural skills.
  • Be a full-time employee (on a maximum-term contract) and paid a competitive salary. Upon the completion of the graduate program, graduates will be eligible to apply for permanent roles within the business.

📍: 3 different on-farm placements in cropping regions across Australia.

🕑: The program runs for 2 years.
