Newcastle United battled to claim an important point against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park as owner Mike Ashley attended his first Magpies game in almost 18 months.
Rafa Benitez’s side remain winless and in the Premier League’s bottom three, but a point from a difficult away trip to south London is not a bad return.
