Crystals and Chakra Healing to Reduce Pain, Anxiety, and Emotional Trauma

Yo, This Can’t Be Life - Black Health and Wellness

This week we sit down with Lavene Gass, a Certified Yoga Instructor, Meditation Instructor, and Chakra enthusiast. After a car accident left Lavene with severe back-pain that doctor after doctor didn't address, she found success with yoga and began her wellness journey.  We discuss:

  • What is a Chakra
  • How are chakras balanced/aligned
  • How do you know when your chakras are unbalanced
  • How are crystals used?
  • How she used yoga to eliminate pain and anxiety
