She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. Her company Based Wellness is all about health, happiness and inspired living, specializing in nutrition consulting, esthetics services and massage therapy.

    During our discussion, Heather shares her journey of growing Home Sweet Home, what she has done to market her business, and the significance of community service through Cleaning for a Reason, where she offers free cleaning services to cancer patients.

    She also delves into her care and passion for the wellbeing of the earth, and how The Green Bucket Project makes it accessible for families to turn their food into energy.
