Amy has a Master of Science degree in Applied Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College where she graduated with honors. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. Her company Based Wellness is all about health, happiness and inspired living, specializing in nutrition consulting, esthetics services and massage therapy.

This episode features Jessica Falcone, a licensed esthetician, certified laser technician, and the owner of Jessica Elizabeth Skincare.
Jessica holds certifications with BTL Aesthetics, Inmode MD, Candela, and has furthered her education with Skin Pen, Zo Skin Health, DMK Skincare, Skinbetter Science, and VI Aesthetics.
Her expertise extends to acne treatment, having earned numerous certifications and created the highly successful J.E.S. Acne Advanced Program. She also holds the distinction of being a Skinceuticals Skincare Ambassador, a certified Master Aesthetician with Hydrafacial MD, and a member of the Associated Skincare Professionals.
Jessica recognizes that no two faces are alike, and makes sure to personalize every client’s skincare journey. #035: Heather Loveland-Button on Business Operations, Natural Cleaning Hacks, and the CNY Green Bucket Project

She has over 20 years of experience in the residential cleaning industry and horticultural field and is passionate about finding healthy ways to reduce stress for busy parents by providing services to help them focus on what they truly love.
Heather has been recognized for her work as a catalyst business with the Great Utica Chamber of Commerce and her contributions to the non-profit Cleaning for a Reason. She also recently purchased CNY Green Bucket Project, which provides residences in Oneida County with a recycling option for their food waste.
During our discussion, Heather shares her journey of growing Home Sweet Home, what she has done to market her business, and the significance of community service through Cleaning for a Reason, where she offers free cleaning services to cancer patients.
She also delves into her care and passion for the wellbeing of the earth, and how The Green Bucket Project makes it accessible for families to turn their food into energy.
