Great motivation and advice to do what you want in life and see your own strengths

I love the messages that are delivered here. Especially as a person who has so many goals, and really striving to start my own handmade business. Being a mom working full time , it is an up and down road and I struggle with decisions and time management.
These talks really really target areas of my life that I am working on and help me to change my mindset to focus on what’s important. Really encouraging and really helps you to dive into self awareness more with our being over bearing. Also I have worked with ADHD my whole life and cultivate gives a lot of valuable, understandable, advice to help manage setting goals and reaching them with an adhd mind.

As a perfectionist the latest episode ‘ progress not perfection was amazing!!

Also thank you for all the resources!! Sharing your own resources is really helpful.

I used to love this podcast and was SO excited to see it return to my “new episodes” list, however I found myself disappointed in the new format. The hosts seem very scripted and it lost its authenticity.
