The Succession and Ted Lasso episodes drew me to this podcast. Very interesting. I am in Human Resources so this is up my alley in more ways than one. And both shows are in my top 10 all time favorites. Ted Lasso could be #1.

Wow, Rachel exudes wisdom. She brings so much clarity and meaning to the all important topic of trust. Countless nuggets: “Trust is a confident relationship with the unknown” Host Damon’s thoughtful insight and personal authenticity add to the richness of this eye-opening and transformational conversation.

Joining the Wilson team and culture has likely been the greatest decision I have ever made. The products are many and fantastic to work on, the people are a joy with very few phonies, the variety of projects is almost limitless, the encouragement culture is refreshing, and the impact one can have is quite fulfilling. Current CEO Joe Dudy is a true cheerer of company colleagues and realistic on how we can win daily given the opportunities and challenges we face. And, I met my wife decades ago on a blind date set up by a fellow Wilson employee, so it truly is the best decision I have made. Go Wilson Culture - it is so great for so many!
