I just ran across your podcast and I’m so excited! I love what I’ve heard so far and I’m so happy for more healthy information on hand to listen to! I just listened to the episode on restriction and binging and the analogies y’all gave just really clicked with me. I plan on keeping that thought with me every day as a tool to put to good use.
Update: February 24, 2022 The episode with Dr Cywes was outstanding. I can’t thank you enough for talking about this topic and what has been making a HUGE difference this time around is I have been focusing on breaking the carb and sugar addiction rather than focusing on the weight loss. It has been a game changer. Stand strong just the way you both are. We need you people!

I just can’t emphasize enough how good this podcast is. This is my third update lol. Your podcast is the longest I have consistently listened to on carnivore/keto. Your topics are so relevant and your approach is so balanced. Im more keto than carnivore, but I still hear so much helpful and informative information that is just easy to understand so I keep listening and learning. Im so disgusted with the mainstream food lies out there. The information you are putting out just makes plain sense. I used to believe all the old nutrition myths until my body got so down I was willing to listen to different ideas and its made all the difference for good. We hear all this “ science doesn’t lie” mantra, but results don’t lie when your body feels better and your blood results prove it as well.
