It was really hard for me to find an affirmation style that resonated with me, but I’ve found what I was looking for here. I come to listen when I am not feeling my best, when my mind train is going off the rails, when I just need a breather to center myself on a sucky day. They are short exercises that help this ball of anxiety calm down, cheer me up when I am down. Thank you for putting this into the universe.

Great complement to the deck or as a standalone break in your day to center yourself, breathe, and remember the important things in life…in an often hilarious way! Well worth the couple of minutes that it takes to listen to each episode.

I have two of these affirmation decks, one for each home base in the countries I live in, and I’ll randomly pick one up whenever I need a quick reminder of what’s what is the world. I’ve also got them on a section of my shelf with incense, plants, and candles. I’ve given cards away that spoke to specific qualities in friends or that I felt friends needed to hear. And pretty soon I’ll be grabbing their black deck when it drops later this summer. Super motivational and great for a quick hit of clarity, now even better because I can take the audio of some of the cards with me.
