Today I had the pleasure of sharing the amazing  Danielle Dwyer we record this podcast a little while ago and Danielle has had such a massive year and I love watching impact.

Danielle was born and raised in a colourful family in the wild western suburbs of Sydney. This is how she learned what she ‘didn’t want’ in life and set off on a mission.

Danielle left Sydney at 17 from a physically and emotionally abusive home, so she really understands how tough it is to break the DNA chain, and to go against the grain.

Danielle’s the Founder of Bobbie Charles; 2 Aesthetic Clinics and has gone on to win multiple industry and leadership awards including dermal therapist of the year and clinic of the year.

Most importantly, today she’s a woman that’s sharing her story and tools to help make a difference.

Danielle’s launching her Aesthetics Academy this year.  The Academies point of difference is her students won’t just be trained in Aesthetics, they will also have access to learn how to run a profitable and source-led organisation with leadership, business & mindset coaching.

Danielle’s driving force behind the foundation of the Academy is being able to use it as a resource, to train women that have been through the Domestic Violence sector.

The Academy will give these women the tools to find their purpose again; giving them confidence to believe in themselves and have independence so they don’t go back to their perpetrators.

At her core she knows who she is, where she’s going & what is aligned to her – but it hasn’t always been that way.
