In this capacity, he has covered many of the biggest Disney stories of the last two decades, interviewed people inside and outside of The Walt Disney Company, and covered stories that range from Disney to Star Wars to Pixar, to Marvel to Star Trek to other geeky and fun things!     The Disneyland Ambassador Program

    The Disneyland Ambassador Program dates back to 1965 when then Disneyland Tour Guide Julie Reihm Casaletto was named the first Disneyland Ambassador. Since then, Disneyland Ambassadors have represented the Disneyland Resort and its cast members. The program has also expanded globally with Global Disney Ambassadors now representing Disney Parks and Resorts in all corners of the Earth! In this episode of Daps Magic (the Podcast), Mr. Daps takes a look at the Disneyland Ambassador program through the lens of some of the people who have held this role.     Star Tours - Decades of Adventures

    Since 1987, Star Tours has been giving guests "greatest hits" from the Star Wars universe. Through the decades, guests have been given the experience of doing the trench run as they join the Rebel Alliance in attacking the Death Star, take part in a podcast race on Tatooine, or even join the Battle of Crait! Through the years, there has been one Imagineer who has been a central part of making this attraction magical. Chief Storytelling Executive/Senior Creative Executive at Walt Disney Imagineering, Tom Fitzgerald has been working on Star Tours, and now Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, for four decades. He is still incredibly passionate about this attraction and the guests who ride it today! In this episode of Daps Magic (the Podcast), Mr. Daps takes a look at Star Tours through the years and shares some moments with Tom Fitzgerald as well. This includes media events for Star Tours: The Adventures Continues and the recent Season of the Force media event at the Disneyland Resort.     Daps Magic (the Podcast) is all about Disney And Positive Stuff.  Since 2004, this place has been a sanctuary where people could come together to share their love of Walt Disney and his legacies in a safe and fun atmosphere. Through the years, we have expanded beyond sharing our love of Disney and now also include positive stuff as well! We do this in the parks, in our online communities, on our weekly webshow Geeks Corner, and now on this podcast.  Join me, Mr. Daps, as we explore different stories and talk with different people about the things we love and that bring us together. The first episode will be arriving on April 2, 2024 and celebrate the 20th anniversary of Daps Magic with the people who make Daps Magic magical!
