Dark Dark World is a true crime podcast hosted by Jordan Crittenden(with occasional co-hosting from Ed C and JessiKa-Boom).
We mostly focus on lesser-known cases, but we also like to take a look at some of the bigger true crime stories that may have slipped through the cracks of current mainstream consciousness.
We also do a series of episodes where we discuss popular true crime documentaries, and those episodes are labeled Doc Doc World.

DISCLAIMER: You will sometimes hear political views discussed on this podcast. We don't love cops, we feel that the criminal justice system in the United States is mostly a joke, and if these sorts of left-leaning political views upset you, then this probably isn't the true crime podcast for you.

Love this podcast!

Jordan has a smooth, easy voice to listen to. You can then he takes his time and his episodes are a throughly researched, but doesn’t sound like he’s just reading a script or Wikipedia back to us. He had empathy and compassion for the victims, and their families. The cases covered are some that are well known, some not; good mix of both. Also love when Ed C joins the conversation. And I too, love your son doing the intro. Don’t see anything wrong with it?! I too, am a “former” punk/ska-kid from the 90s, maybe that’s why I dig this podcast much? I feel a kindred soul in Jordan. Keep up the awesome work! You’re only getting better and better! ❤️💀

Love this podcast

My favorite podcast…P.S Me & my son love Declan’s intro! We listen to true crime podcasts all the time while I’m working…My 15 year old cracks up every time the intro starts he say to have Declan on more it’s nice to know my son isn’t the only child who is Fascinated by true crime…it would be nice to get more of a kids perspective on it!

Too all the people booing

You see the disclaimer right in the information of the pod. Don’t listen if you don’t want to hear opinions like that. But, I’m guessing doing your due diligence and research is not your forte.

Other than that nonsense, this is a great podcast. The JonBenét one had me realizing how absurd the story and handling of the investigation were. Also Ed C and his little quips were perfectly timed. I really enjoy this pod and the length of them allows you to really get lost in the story and details. I just found you guys and I binged it, loving you. Keep it up.
