On this transmission of the show we take a look into Darra the creative mind behind Dear Darling Design Studio. A beautiful award winning artist from Baltimore with an aesthetic that's both vintage and modern. Darra  places important messages that connect others and are often shared over and over on social media. In the episode she shares about what it was like to grow up with parents who were addicts during the beginning of the opioid crisis and died while she was young and how she found herself becoming a functional addict herself to a now sober mother, artist, and business owner. She has such an inspiring story and has put a spotlight on harder topics many times through her art and finds her truth connects her with her audience and them with one another. I love that because it reminds humans they are most certainly not alone in their experience. So enjoy getting to know Darra.
