Addendum: came back to hear what Scott’s take was on recent developments in the Middle East but was very disappointed that he was seriously downplaying what happened on October 7. Have you not seen the videos of the terrorists chasing down unarmed concert goers and murdering them. The old lady being kidnapped in a golf cart? That was no military op. What was the objective? No terrain being held. No strategic advantage gained. It was straight up murder. Then the terrorists who manage to get away proceed to hide among civilians. How about a little criticism about Hamas using human shields? I thought Scott had guiding humanitarian principles which led him to political positions which I disagreed with but could respect. But it seems that he and his guests just hate Jews and to that end are apologists for Islamic terrorists. I’m out for good now. I generally like the podcast and think Scott is well informed and very reasonable with his take on things even if I might disagree with him on some points. Many of his guests however are Hamas apologists. Scott acknowledges that Hamas engaged in beyond the pale terrorism on Oct 7. But guest after guest refuses to acknowledge the fact that despite the video of Hamas shooting defenseless fleeing or surrendering civilians, Hamas engaged in indefensible atrocities. One clown, trying to defend Hamas, said that most of what Hamas did falls in the category of “military hostage taking”. There is no such thing. Even if we were to ignore that Hamas thugs are not lawful combatants under international law, that law prohibits taking hostages and targeting noncombatants. Hostage taking is in fact a big no no under international law. All those old ladies and children kidnapped by Hamas (and we know that happened because some were released) are not lawful targets for any military operation. I won’t even get into the murder of retirees in their homes and the slaughter of a bunch of hippie kids partying at that rave. Real heroic stuff there. They blow any credibility they have by refusing to admit these facts. I am good with Scott but need a break from the insufferable Hamas apologists. Addendum: Dave Decamp is a hypocrite. He is deeply upset that a Hezbollah beeper exploded in a grocery store but says nothing about Hezbollah’s rocket attacks on Israel.
Extremely informative on geopolitics and security

I learn so much from every interview. You will hear from journalists, analysts, investigators, researchers, and historians. Nearly every international geopolitical topic gets covered and even domestic security and civili liberties related issues.
