DC Networking Hacks with a 'Faceblind' Reporter

Maybe you have had that moment of anxiety where you see someone and you get that sinking feeling like you’ve met before, but you just can’t place their face. That is the everyday reality for former Washington Post journalist Sadie Dingfelder, author of the book Do I Know you? A Faceblind Reporter’s Journey into the Science of Sight, Memory and Imagination. Sadie was diagnosed with face blindness at age 35, and she joins the show to shed some visibility into what it’s like not being able to recognize a face in a connections-driven city like Washington D.C.
