A refreshing reminder that we’re all grappling with an issue or four...

Writers and producers Mara and Nicholas (of Becky & Baldwin) keep their listeners entertained and comforted with an honest look at illness, wellness, and treatment, both physical and mental...and how all of these things collide with culture(s).

Keeping the struggle real!

This podcast is funny? Who would've thought a show about mental health could be so hiliarious. These 2 tackle real life issues w/ such honesty that it is relatable, consumable, and insightful. Thanx for showing up and letting them know some of us may be crazy but that crazy is also NORMAL.

I Love This Podcast!

This podcast is so awesome! I love the chemistry between the hosts, they make me laugh out loud! I really apprecaite that they take heavy themes and make them digestable and at times funny. We all really do have our own baggage and it's nice to hear a platform expose common problems and comfort us all. Great job y'all!
