Your podcast was a lifeline in 2023-24 after my mom died, then my sweet dog and then my sister - my only mom, only dog and only sibling- all in less than a year. I pretty much love all you bring to us, but Abigail B was my first and you all knocked me with the raw love. So much gratitude!

The title of my review is a direct quote from host Ned Buskirk on a recent episode and if this does not encapsulate the raw authenticity of YG2D then nothing can. Ned and I are the same age and he was pursuing the reality of our collective mortality at a time when nearly all our peers (including me) believed ourselves impervious to this reality. Ned brings poetry, prose, music, spirituality, and a seemingly endless array of existential truths in a way that is simultaneously confrontational and yet gentle as can be. Each episode is a fantastic journey so tune in, buckle up, and get ready to find a slew of additional meaning in your life by confronting its end.
