Ep. 98b: How COVID-19 is Impacting Musicians, with Dale Watson & Big Sandy

On this special bonus episode, I bring you two of my favorite singers whom I've also had the pleasure of calling friends for a long time, Dale Watson & Big Sandy. They are both well known touring musicians who front their respective bands. I wanted to have them on to discuss how this coronavirus craziness has affected them as musicians. Dale Watson & Big Sandy have been entertaining crowds worldwide since the 1980s, & much like you and me, they've never experienced a moment like this.

Ep. 98: No Anarchy Allowed in the UK, with Michael Cheney

This week I'm joined by Michael Cheney. We discuss several aspects of this Coronavirus craziness that we are living through. Michael lives in Scotland & has great insight into the healthcare system in the UK, how they're handling (or not handling) the increased demand right now, the strict guns laws, the strict "shelter in place" rules, & more. Michael is a very successful businessman, & he tells us about how he became financially independent & how it put him in a place where he's not hurting at all now.

Ep. 97: Things Have Changed, with James Howard Kunstler

Well, this is certainly the most bizarre time of my entire life and probably yours as well. This Coronavirus debacle is like nothing I've ever seen. One thing of which we can be certain is that things have changed and things will remain changed forever after this. My guest today is James Howard Kunstler, and we talk about what has and what will change and what it might look like on the other side of this mess. James gives us his well informed, unique take, and as usual, he adds his own brand of wit.

Ep. 96: Neoconservatism, with Srdja Trifkovic

Ep. 96: Neoconservatism, with Srdja Trifkovic

Author, journalist, editor, professor, & former broadcaster, Srdja Trifkovic joins me this week to discuss Neoconservatism. The "neocons" as they're called, have had a heavy hand in promoting disastrous foreign policy decisions over the decades, most notably the Iraq wars. Every policy they favor seems to turn out badly, yet their influence is still there. Where & how did they originate? Why are they called "conservative" when they're really anything but? Are we seeing their last attempts at relevancy now?

Ep. 95b: Breaking the Cycle, with Joshua Smith

In this bonus episode, I feature my appearance on the brand new podcast, "Breaking the Cycle" with Joshua Smith. Josh is running to be the next Chair of the Libertarian National Committee. He had me on his show to discuss not only liberty, but music as well! He and I have a love for a certain type of music. You'll hear all about it in this episode. We also discuss what's been wrong with the Libertarian Party and why Josh is the man to help fix it! Enjoy.

Ep. 95: Understanding Socialism, with Allen Gindler

My guest this week is Allen Gindler. He is here to talk about socialism, which he knows a bit about since he grew up in the Soviet Union. He is here to discuss various types of socialism, what each ones represents, & why it's important to not classify them all as "Marxism". What about Bernie's desire to become like the Nordic Countries? Is that socialism? Find out on this episode!

The revolution will not be televised

One of the more concise and digestible libertarian shows out there. DTT trims the fat and explores topical issues/events through the lens of true Rothbardianism. Little if any “inside baseball” makes it stand out as a philosophy first, politics second podcast. Make no mistake, Buck knows his stuff, but he lays it out for anyone to understand. That said, DTT is an excellent choice for those that are newly exploring these ideas and for long time proponents of the liberty movement.

Buck is a powerful voice for responsible US foreign policy

Buck Johnson and ‘Death To Tyrants’ is a podcast that should be listened to and shared amongst anyone who believes that American Foreign Policy has lost its way from the foundations of the Constitution. The guests and the interview prep by Buck keep the conversation on point and laser focused on the topic du jour.

Another Amazing Warrior Voice in the Liberty Movement!

I’ll leave you a review Buckshot! I found your podcast through Freeman Beyond the Wall. Sub-SCRIBED. Great content. Great delivery. All around quality. I was listening to you on my bike ride the other day…man, that intro music! LOVE IT. I was climbing in the foothills here in Scottsdale, AZ, and it for sure helped me get up the hill. Now, if you could just play that intro music in the background while talking about ending the FED…greatest cardio mix ever. As a former / reformed police office to a former soldier…carry on with the message of Freedom.
