As we dive into the busyness of the Christmas season & the end of another year, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the clutter in our homes, hearts, and lives. Picture an attic filled with old Christmas trees, decorations, old duct-taped luggage, surrounded by boxes and tubs overflowing with holiday items we didn’t even know we had. As we begin to try to clean out this space by tossing out many of the broken ornaments and worn-out decorations, we find ourselves overwhelmed by the sheer volume of stuff. In this crowded, busy holiday season, many of us feel overwhelmed by family relationships, financial pressures, regrets, failures, or even uncertainty. This message series will help us recognize that much of the weight we carry comes from things God never intended for us to bear & His solution is simple: let go of the unnecessary baggage and start cleaning out this Christmas. By decluttering our we can begin to open up new space and make room for something new God has in store for us.
