Relaxing Voice

I enjoy this podcast the most compared to other sleep-inducing ones but that whole "the whooooooole body" business irks me and wakes me.

Pretty good

I’ve been able to sleep really well, especially because the speaking is at the very start, and the rest is just calming sounds. I really wish that they told us how to relax our body, too. Breathe in, tense your muscles;release, etc. at the start of each episode. Overall it’s pretty good.
