We are all aware that the structure of the oilfield is changing. The lines between Upstream and Midstream in the Oil and Gas Industry are beginning to blur.

However, it seems that each time the Oilfield experiences an Industry Downturn, we are asked to do the same… go leaner… and produce MORE. However, 2020 is the Age of Consolidation and the old pivots just aren’t going to cut it anymore. So, this leaves all of oilfield workers to ask… What is the New Lean?
