I would call it a successful podcast in that it had me wanting to get them in a room and explain the story to them. I am obviously younger. This was not required reading for me, but I did read it as a kid many decades ago The hosts both admit it is a well written story and simultaneously dismiss things that they find strange. I would suggest that with any well written story when there is something that is strange that you consider it more carefully because you are clearly missing the point. Also, while I understand that they probably are not Christian I think that if they actually knew a little bit about biblical stories they would not view this as anti-Christian . Christianity was a much bigger part of the overall culture back then, and I think their inability to comprehend the story is also part of their inability to understand biblical narrative. But it’s also an inability to pick up on symbolism. And I have a little bit of a fear that this is a push to end free speech. Concluding that someone should be crucified. For the way someone else interprets a story and misses the point.. It’s as if they’re trying to say that JD Salinger is responsible for crazy people who happened to like his book.

Hello William, I enjoyed your show on the Delphi incident. I want to ask you to take a deeper look into the Idaho 4 incident. There has been so many unsubstantiated rumors spread about Brian K. But when you watch the pre trial hearing and really look into the facts of the case, you’ll see that Idaho and Delphi incidents have more in common than most people would think.
