DG Recruit Podcast

I’ve been in the industry for 12 years an agency owner and this is the only podcast that I like. Dandan speaks the truth and I am learning and being motivated at the same time.

I’ve been in recruitment for 10+ years and have done both agency and corporate recruitment. After being affected by Amazons lay-offs in 2023 I wasn’t sure I had it in me to get back into Agency Recruitment again, but after listening to several episodes of the DG Podcast I’m excited and feeling motivated to make this a career!

As a tenured Direct Hire Recruiter in NY, my team and I have really appreciated having these podcasts to compare notes to over the last year. Typically we are self taught in this business and the knowledge we have is based on the exposure to other top level producers in the industry. My team and I have been grateful for these podcasts this year and have used it to help us stay focused, reset, up-skill, and stay motivated through a tough market year. Thank you for all you do!

This is an amazing podcast that has touched on every aspect of recruiting in an agency. I still have a lot of episodes to go and believe me I am making notes! Love the content!
