Your host, Brian Briscoe, has owned over twenty apartment complexes worth hundreds of millions of dollars and is dedicated to helping aspiring apartment investors learn how to do the same. 


He founded the Tribe of Titans as his platform to educate aspiring apartment investors and is continually creating new content for the subscribers and coaching clients.


He is the founder of Streamline Capital based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is probably working on closing another apartment complex in the greater SLC area.


 He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021 after 20 years of service.

Steven Weinstock


Steven has been in the Real Estate Investment business for close to twenty years. With his very first purchase taking place in 2001 that of a single family home. Since then he has owned many different types of properties in many different asset classes. From single family homes to apartment buildings, office and retail.
Since 2017 he has been focusing on larger multi family assets, raising capital in order to purchase multiple properties. Working with a diversified group of investors and lenders he has focused on value added properties. Steven has seen success in Kentucky, Texas, Ohio, Jersey, Mississippi, Florida and Pennsylvania and has consistently delivered to his happy investors.
 Steven Weinstock lives with his wife and seven children in Brooklyn, NY, the same city where both he and his wife grew up. They are both very active in the community where they volunteer for many different organizations.

Ryan Gaylor is a Managing Partner and founder of GT Capital Management LLC. Growing up in the Chicago area, Ryan is an established certified tradesman with nearly 20 years of hands-on project management experience. He spent several years successfully overseeing rental properties and flipping single-family homes for profit, while providing asset management services for his portfolio.

Shawn Gaylor
Shawn is a Managing Partner and founder of GT Capital Management LLC. She graduated from Bellevue University and provides over 20 years of event coordination and marketing experience for domestic and international events and conferences for government, pharmaceutical and children’s health industries. Shawn’s background in vendor management and fiscal oversight allowed her to easily shift to real estate with her husband. Focused primarily on multifamily real estate, Shawn utilizes her experience to facilitate her role as the asset manager of their multifamily properties nationwide.

Paul Shannon is a fund manager of InvestWise Collective, a customizable fund aimed at helping investors diversify out of traditional markets into passive real estate opportunities.
