    First Trimester Diaries 3

    Peace Family, >> Forgive me for the muzzled mic sounds y'all. My whole world changed the day I found out that the love between my husband and me had evolved into a precious soul set to enter this world come spring. The journey from maidenhood to motherhood is a transformation unlike any other - a season of profound change, growth and faith. In today's episode I share the intimate, soul-stirring reflections that have come to define this chapter of my life. I share about rebirth cycles, the miracle of life and how my faith walk has transformed since I first found out we're expecting. I personally moved through anxious momma thoughts when things felt extremely uncertain but also immense joy come the second trimester (I'll share more about soon). The excitement I feel to meet our little one, is otherworldly at this point. "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb.     Peace Family, Today I went deeeep, lol. As expected, but I brought a non-mainstream perspective on the beauty industry and tangible tips to combat vanity. I'm coming from the perspective of being a somewhat natural girlie who has never and don't plan to alter(or inject) my face or body ever.     *Healthy Girl* Habits (Physically, Mentally, & Spiritually)

    Peace Family, Happy Spring!! 3 I created a poll on my Instagram story to get some input about topics you're interested in hearing from me. This was the most voted on topic so I'm excited to share what has helped me over the years physically, mentally, and spiritually. At 12:02 I shared about physical *healthy girl habits* that I've implemented over the past two years. Being a well nourished woman is foundational to assist you hormonally on all levels. I have personally introduced bone broth, raw milk, grass-fed unflavored beef gelatin in my teas and baked treats and grass-fed beef liver to my diet. I also cook with ghee(clarified butter) and organic pasteurized butter to avoid seed oils. I forgot to mention on this episode that I do use extra virgin olive oil from time to time. In the past few years I haven’t been on a diet, but I’ve managed to lose a substantial amount of weight by learning to eat with my natural hormonal cycle to optimize my metabolism and maintain bodily homeostasis. I don’t calorie restrict at all. I keep it simple focusing on protein, carb, fat - for a balanced diet. I also focus on eating whole foods more than processed foods.
