Unsure of what she wanted her future to be, she was always drawn to sports and baseball. Growing up a huge Suns fan in the Amare Stoudemire era in Phoenix, Siera would always go to games with her dad. Eventually, she was able to parlay her passion for sports into something she wanted to do professionally: become a sports reporter. Siera went to Arizona State University, where she graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She details her journey in climbing the tough and competitive ladder in the sports broadcasting world. It took Siera nearly a decade, but after years of sacrifice, hard work, and dedication, she got her big break at MLB Network. Today, Siera is a host on 'Intentional Talk' with Kevin Millar and Ryan Dempster, and has also hosted 'Quick Pitch' in the past as well. She discusses what life is like at MLB Network, and what she's had to sacrifice to not only get her position, but maintain it while trying to have a work-life balance.
