Jamie Renee Smith began her acting career at the ripe young age of six and soon landed a starring role opposite Pierce Brosnan and Linda Hamilton in the 1997 box office giant Dante’s Peak. And that was just the beginning! You may also recognize her from recent hit television shows as 9-1-1, Better Things, and Weeds. Jamie is also a sought after acting teacher specializing in audition prep and coaching. We talk about her life as an actor, how to direct actors and getting rid of first day jitters.
