In this episode, I sat down with the wonderful Ashley from the Healthy Metal Hippie to dive deep into a topic that is so close to both our hearts: empowering women through business and personal growth. As the founder of Beyond the Dawn, my mission has always been to help a million women transform their worlds. But today’s conversation goes beyond just that — it’s about raising consciousness and pushing back against the negative digital biases we encounter every day.

Ashley has been on such a profound journey, and I’m so grateful she opened up about it with me. She talked about her own story, from overcoming abuse to reclaiming her power, and how having the right support can make all the difference. We explored the psychological impacts of trauma and the sheer resilience it takes to rise from it. Her strength is a reminder that no matter what you face, the right network of people and the right mindset can empower you to rewrite your story.

Together, we also discussed how we can all be positive influences and why collective change is possible when we support one another. This conversation is about acknowledging the challenges, but more importantly, celebrating the power we hold to create something better for ourselves and others.

This is part one of our conversation, and I hope you find it as inspiring as I did.
