Great hosts

This has become my favorite escapist podcast when I need a break from the news. The hosts are smart and funny and have a great rapport, and I enjoy listening to them talk even about products I’ll never buy. I only wish episodes came out more often.
Love Wirecutter, but hate the podcast

I’ve been a faithful Wirecutter reader nearly since its inception and always love what they do. This podcast, however, is an unfortunate exception to that and it’s solely due to the hosts. Too jokey yet never funny, too much inane banter, always saccharine. Every week my wife and I try to listen and every week we never get halfway through before one of us finally cries out “make. it. stop.”
Interesting content. Way too much giggling!

The podcast has good info, but the shrill giggling is so annoying that sometimes I can’t make through the whole episode.
Strength Training
2月15日
For the most part I enjoy ur podcasts. Today ur program really missed the mark on so many levels. For strength trng or any workout to be sustainable I don’t see how it would work at home & in isolation. I don’t know a single individual who has been able to consistently do that. I’ve been taking a strength trng class for decades. About 75% of participants are doing the exercises wrong. Unless u know body mechanics really well, u need a partner or trainer, u need feedback, u need mirrors. Some recommendations about products were wacky. I buy bands all the time. I have never purchased bands that have powder on them or smell like rubber. The recommendation for kettle bells - not everyone can use them. If u have arthritis in ur hands it’s impossible. Hand weights work better & are more practical. Really disappointed in this episode - not realistic or practical especially for beginners.
