Wow. What a season. It's been an incredible privilege to talk to such amazing humans - being such great examples of people living NOW in a way that matters. I've been challenged and disrupted and equally inspired to move towards living a legacy. I hope you have to. This is the final wrap-up episode - I share my closing thoughts - challenges and inspirations and things that have stuck with me and ways I think this might matter to you! Worth binge-listening!
I have recently discovered Danielle's podcast and now I am binge-listening every chance I get. The mind blown series was exactly that, mind blowingly more beautiful on what I thought I knew about Jesus and about how He wants to relate to humanity, to me. This podcast will instruct, encourage, and bless your spirit. Thanks Danielle.
Ear Tickling
Danielle wants God fashioned in a palatable package. Scripture warns in the last days people will want to have their ears tickled and she’s doing just that.
She seems to prefer a belief where everyone goes to heaven. She’s clearly never pondered Isaiah 53:10 where it says God’s delight was to crush him. Not very palatable, but true.
Jesus’ death was horrendous. In Danielle’s cleaned up version it wouldn’t have had to be that way.
Mind Blown. Continually.
There’s more room at the table. Always more. This is about being invited into something so much more, so much bigger. We need each other. Love only abounds. YOU ALL are supposed to be a witness. What if this is less about an individualistic perspective and interpretation of scripture, and more about who do we, as God’s people want to collectively be? Just a few nuggets of what has been impactful to me during this series and season in my own faith journey. Thank you so much for putting this into the world and challenging me to press into the hard things.
