Audrey Hannah ,

Love it!!

I’m a 22 yr. old grad student and I just discovered this podcast and have already binged several episodes & I’ve LOVED them! I’m not a church leader (or leader of anything for that matter), but these conversations are overflowing with wisdom that I can apply as I’m learning to lead myself lol. I so appreciate what a high quality interviewer Carey is! I love how apparent it is that he practices active listening, truly soaking in his guests’ responses and directing the conversation from that posture. And I love how he revisits comments made by his guests early in the pod, later on, to make sure he has mined as much gold from them as possible. I spend a LOT of time listening to various podcasts and he is EASILY the best interviewer I’ve ever heard, with such great, thought provoking questions!! So so good on every level!

hseag ,

Great podcast

I’m a stay at home mom- not a church leader, but this is quickly becoming one of my favorite podcasts. I love that the episodes are long and meaty and dig into deep and thought provoking topics. Carey asks such good questions and I think that’s the magic of this podcast. The insights in this podcast are helpful and applicable to anyone walking with Jesus regardless of whether or not they have a traditional leadership role. Quality podcast!

So incredibly helpful ,

Incredibly beneficial

I rarely leave reviews, however I am consistently amazed at how helpful this podcast is to my life and my leadership! Not only do the guests have relevant gold nuggets that I am able to apply almost immediately, but the resources that Carey mentions are truly game changing! Thank you so much for all that you do!
