A brain surgeon, author, and wrestling coach Dr. McLaughlin knows how obstacles affect your body & mind. Through his life experiences, he’s learned to metabolize fear using what he calls “Cognitive Dominance.” It allows you to make quick decisions in stressful situations, something we all need!
