I came across this dope G of mine, briyooh, who has a whole lotta information about Mental Health. What is Mental health? And factors influencing it and our attitudes towards it. Also what is counseling and therapy and what does it entail? Dopamine! The good feeling. This was one of those moments that dopamine filled the room. Question to ask:-Does your job area have EAPs(Employee Assistant Programs)? Listen in and get to learn more about it. We give you solutions on how to curb Mental health ailments and some few places you can run to. Go to any public hospital and enquire if they offer such services.
