He has created a large source of material, one of them being this podcast, in which he shares masterful insight. Whether you are a young female early in her career, a war veteran, an artist, a CEO...you must listen.
Really enjoying this podcast- it offers very relatable, day to day advice on business management and leadership. Richard is a thoughtful conversationalist, and he seems sincerely passionate about each of the speakers and topics he hosts. Personally, as a woman in business, he is such a natural ally in his podcast. His approach, open mindedness, and advocacy for women in business is not lost on me and is really refreshing.
