Grab your project and give a listen!

I’m always delighted when an episode of Down Cellar Studio drops. This podcast features multiple regular segments such as current knitting projects, finished projects, crafty adventures, news of Jennifer’s latest designs, lifestyle and family life. The podcasts are well organized and thoughtfully prepared.

Jennifer is engaging and delightful. She usually podcasts alone but it isn’t uncommon for her to be joined by guest podcasters such as her mom or her nieces and nephews.

Fostering community and generosity are two of Jennifer’s strengths. She hosts both monthly and annual events that bring fiber folks together such as the Pigskin Party and the Splash Pad Party. She is also a prolific gift knitter/crocheter for friends, family and specifically her nieces and nephews. She has a healthy competitive nature when challenged by other fiber folks.

Jennifer’s podcasts are uplifting and definitely worth my time and yours.

Easy to Listen To

I recently discovered this podcast & it is my favorite knitting listen now. It is well organized & moves right along — no wasted time. Her voice is very pleasant & well modulated for listening with headphones. I usually listen while walking on the track & I always come away with having learned something ir at least hearing about something new.

Love having a local knitting podcast!

I listen to a number of other knitting podcasts and wish I could visit the yarn shops and festivals that are talked about, but they usually are nowhere near me. Being in the Boston area along with Jen, I get to hear about activities and shops near me! Love it!
