The first day I used this, it didn’t work on me. The second day though, it worked very well. I fell asleep so fast! I’m so mad at myself for not finding this earlier. It helps with my insomnia.

Alba salix series is something I listen to over and over. It’s so hilarious but I still can finally fall asleep. I re listen every night to try and make it through an episode. It’s actually indescribably clever but still can’t stay awake when I used to be awake at least 4-5 hours every night.
