At first I thought… “I won’t be into this, have nothing to do with Criminal Justice”. Then five minutes into the Richard Bronson interview - completely hooked! Big reason is the hosts ask really intelligent questions you don’t hear others asking. Can’t wait to see what they do with this show

Amber is such a beacon of strength and resolve. This podcast isn’t just necessary, it’s important. People need to understand the impact the criminal justice system has on the loved ones surrounding the incarcerated person. The general public doesn’t think about or really care about the system or those incarcerated inside it, but they should. Because everyone makes mistakes, and sometimes that means a criminal charge. And once you’re charged with a crime in America, you’ve entered a system it’s almost impossible to escape. The loved ones of the incarcerated suffer just as much, if not more, and their stories need to be told, need to be heard, and need to be uplifted. The criminal justice system in this country is so broken, it’s unclear if it can be repaired or if it needs to be completely dismantled and rebuilt. From the common practice of prosecutorial misconduct to mandatory minimums and everything in between, the system thrives on chaos, suffering, and revenge among all else. Thank you to Amber and Jason for this podcast and the chance to have the voices of those affected by the system heard.
