Mike talks about real science in a completely accessible way while also geeking out about the coolest parts of science fiction and Star Trek and why we all love it. The interviews are great too! I have listened to more Star Trek podcast episodes than there are Star Trek episodes. This podcast is one of the most positive and definitely the most informative of them all. I managed to catch up with all the episodes (78 + bonus episode) in just over a month, it's that much fun to listen to. Also in every episode you learn something new and interesting about the universe, from the smallest atoms to cells to complex lifeforms to planets, stars and black holes (and Star Trek of course)! Mike is a great listener and his summaries and thought out questions about the subject being discussed has convinced me he's an El-Aurian living on Earth to try to help with educating and enlightening the human race.
