DTS Chapel - Teach Truth. Love Well.

I started listening to The Table after I began taking classes at Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS). I was required to listen to the weekly DTS chapel messages which were typically brief 20-30 minutes…less than that when played at 1.25 speed) and I wanted something a bit longer for my dog walks, so I tried The Table podcast. I found the discussions insightful and helpful for better understanding how all this seminary study—actually any thoughtful study of the triune God, his work and his word—really relates to our place and calling in the world. Some episodes have confirmed what I’ve thought and learned and others have opened my eyes, mind and heart to Christ-like ways to see my relationship to other people and situations. I found the episodes so insightful that once I finish seminary I listened to ALL the episodes since the podcast’s inception (that’s a lot of dog walks!).

I started listening to this series when I became interested in seminary and it definitely sealed the deal for me to choose DTS. I can't wait to start my studies with all the different professors, guests and students who teachers love and truth on this podcast.

As an extension site student having the chapels available on podcast is wonderful. I can easily keep up to and from work each day.

As a DTS grad, this is an outstanding resource. It has been a blessing to feel like I'm sitting in Chafer Chapel again hearing challenging messages from ministry leaders on ministry issues.
