137. The Acolyte | E6&7
The Duel of the Ranks crew dives into episodes 6 and 7 of The Acolyte. While some found the cliffhanger ending to be exciting, others were critical of the clunky dialogue, rushed character progression, and short run time. Def NOT milktoast
DotR categorical ranking system is fool proof! If you ever wondered how your favorite Star Wars movie stacks up against the rest, look no further! Amanda and Brody (and Charlie and Christian) create such fun and civil discourse around Star Wars, you can’t help but shout ROGER ROGER at a take so hot it’ll melt a planet with twin suns!

I’m here for it. Caught myself LOL.
Milquetoast Younglings
Recently added this show to my playlist. I appreciate that they will give hard scores and have developed categories for those scores. Their civil discourse when they disagree and the counter arguing is a great example of how SW fans should be discussing things. Star Wars is all about “fun” and that goes for the discourse of it as well.
I also really appreciate them bringing back the word “milquetoast” into discourse.. an often underrated term.
So add these younglings (as in the age of their podcast and that they are younger than me) to your weekly listens and see if you agree or disagree with their rankings.
