Thriving is the Goal

The Working Genius is an assessment tool developed by the Table Group and Patrick Lencioni. It helps individuals better understand their gifts and frustrations at work while also helping teams understand how to better utilize each team member's gifts. It's 20% a personality tool and 80% a productivity tool.

The premise of this assessment is two-fold: 1) People who are using their natural gifts are more fulfilled and successful in their work and in their life, and 2) Teams and businesses that help their people tap into those natural talents are going to be more successful and productive.
