I love the information in this podcast. I’m grateful for the dialogue between Ray and the guests. I also appreciate it when he just riffs on topics like oxidative priority. Such a great intersection of knowledge, wisdom, and experience. The podcast keeps getting better. So many myths and sacred cows to be slayed. Keep it all coming, Ray!

Wonderful information. Would you please consider adding notes to each podcast with links to what you all are talking about (studies, websites, etc.), and even the minutes when you are talking about these different subjects so when we’re in the car and can’t take notes we’ll be able to find these important segments when we get home?
