For Space weather, could we use the millions of cell sites across the country to get the data they need?

This is an editorial podcast where the host has an elitist snobby attitude that seems to be based on hardly any actual operating experience. He doesn’t participate on the air, nor host any events that proves the guy ever actually operates a radio. Based on his editorial comments, it is very apparent he doesn’t operate or have real world field experience. His videos and YouTube channel are regurgitated things from the web where he reads specifications but doesn’t actually do field testing or operating. He admits in his reviews that he doesn’t know all the features nor has tested. He’s an unboxing queen with no substance.

I really like the wide range of topics covered, and the frequency of new episodes posted. A couple of suggestions: 1) Can you eliminate, or at least really shorten the prerecorded intro to every episode? Anyone who has listened to more than one episode knows what the podcasts are, and I would assert that the details of how they are recorded, processed, and distributed are of little significance to most of your audience. Personally, I’d much prefer to get right into every episode. 2) Can anything be done to equalize the sound levels? In certain cases the levels go up and down significantly, based on whether the speaker is facing the microphone or not. Also, if there’s more than one person on the podcast, whether one speaker’s mic level is matched or unmatched to the other speaker’s level. Thanks for a great podcast, and please take my suggestions in the spirit they were written.
