Anne Alexander-Sieder's Bio: I was a professional actor back in the US, and nearly 30 years ago, I moved to Germany for love—not my career. Life took me in a few different directions, but I always felt the pull to return to acting. So, at 47, after a 16-year break (and with less-than-perfect German!), I successfully relaunched my acting career from Munich. You can even catch me in the Hallmark Christmas movie A Heidelberg Holiday, streaming on Netflix. When I first decided to return to acting, I didn’t know where to start, so I began with training—just taking those first small steps. That foundational training became the launchpad for my career comeback. As I began booking more roles, other actors started coming to me for career guidance, which eventually led me to create Get Better Roles, a program to empower actors to get into the rooms that matter so they can land the roles they deserve. But this journey also taught me something big: so many people put their dreams on hold because they’re frozen in the “how,” waiting to feel like an “expert” before they even begin. This realization inspired Passion Project to Pro, my program to help people turn what they love into what they do—without needing to be an expert, influencer, coach. I’m living proof that dreams don’t have expiration dates. I’d love to share my story, what I’ve learned about resilience and reinvention, and how anyone can take that first step to build a life that genuinely fits who they are.     This is a very special episode about saying goodbye to my beloved dog Nanook. It is raw, authentic and simply beautiful. 3 "The world does not change because the ones we love are no longer by our side. It is the eyes of our heart that are forever transformed by the alchemized intertwining of our souls together. The relationships we welcome into our lives are life altering because they teach us beyond the information in a book or a school black board. They burrow deep into our heart and rearrange its perspective at its core. The world is not forever changed because the ones we love are no longer in it. It is our own experience of the world that is forever altered by the catalyzing power of our shared moments. May we all remember the overflowing joy and the shared happiness we receive through living with an open heart. May we never close our hearts to the next encounter because the last one was too painful to endure or let go. May we listen to the wisdom that grief brings us - like sitting at the feet of Mother Nature teaching her children about love, cycles, and the present moment. May we use the spaciousness that we inherit, not as a void to flee away from, rather as a place to build temples in honor and memory of the unconditional love that now calls for another form to continue to grow. May we always nest in the knowledge of how privilege it is to have loved so deeply that our logical mind doesn't know how to be without. May we use the in-betweenness of our grieving to choose, to decide, what our next iteration of embodied love will be. May we remember what truly matters in the grand scheme of our lives, especially when the ego grips and claws in the illusion of control. May we allow this overwhelming pain and uncertainty to flow through us freely, to show us with certainty that we are not weaken because we have loved and lost, rather we are strengthen by the everlasting bond we shared with another being. May we stand in the knowledge that we are vessels of love and love only. And when everything else is removed, love will always continue to live beyond the physical form we once called by familiar name."
