Let me start by saying I know Lindsay and have always admired her. The joy of writing this review is that it would be the same if I didn’t know her. Spiritual growth is very much an individual path, and that is a core element of “Guided”. For those who haven’t been “struck awakened “ or for those who have, their experiences will be normalized and honored by her guest’s and by her discussions. She honors all the paths folks are on, including the slow awareness that is so common. She manages to make the sometimes esoteric or ephemeral “woowoo” topic of Spiritual growth accessible and engaging in a whole new way, without jargon. Episode 5 includes a discussion about children who are drawn to this path and how one mother is balancing the situation as she follows her own path of increasing spiritual growth while allowing them to grow at their own pace. Dear Lindsay, I absolutely looooooved and needed to hear this podcast today! Talk about being divinely guided!!! Me and my daughter were having this very conversation literally a half hour before I clicked on your podcast. Your insightful words opened my eyes and heart and shifted my perspective from ego and blame to seeing MY OWN responsibly in holding on tight to my dreams. Sometimes I feel I have to fight to keep the magic in me alive. When in it begins to wane, I have a tendency to blame it on the Debbie downers, the dream crushers in my life. They always have a reason why something won’t work snd it’s very disheartening and really can dim my light, and be frustrating. But, because of your podcast I can see things a whole different way!
